Ceremonies of Umbanda, the gira
Attend a ceremony of Umbanda for guidance, belonging, grounding, and help in many areas of life including relationships, work, physical illness, and spiritual problems. Ceremonies include healings, cleansings and blessings, sacred song, and spoken one-on-one help.

Meet the Pai de Santo
Brazilian Pai de Santo Cyro was initiated, baptized, and trained with elder Mae de Santo Mara Souza at the Tenda EspÃrita São Jorge Guerreiro de Umbanda in Curitiba, Brazil. He has over a decade of experience on-site in Brazil. He moved to Colorado in 2018 and received permission to run healing ceremonies of Umbanda in the USA.

Origins
Rooted in West African Orixa religion, Umbanda contains the power of deep origins. Enslaved peoples brought their practices to Brazil where it was mixed with the beliefs of Indigenous groups and Catholicism and became a highly inclusive tradition. Umbanda recognizes the interconnectivity of all things and is a beautiful ceremony of devotion and love. Brazilian medium Cyro is an authorized elder (Pai de Santo) in the Afro-Brazilian of Umbanda. Join us to receive healing in a group ceremony called a "gira" in Portuguese, often including a private one-on-one spoken consult.
"The only true magic is love, and Umbanda is that type of magic."
